Abstract:Namen diplomske naloge je predstaviti ustvarjalno delo zbiratelja Frana Mlinška in preko njega bogastvo slovstvene folklore v Šaleški dolini in okolici. Vsa besedila v Mlinškovem berilu so v rokopisni izdaji shranjena v Muzeju Velenje. Izbrana folklorna besedila Frana Mlinška so tematsko, žanrsko in sporočilno zelo raznovrstna. Ta del diplomske naloge predstavljajo anekdote, šege in avtorske pesmi nekaterih avtorjev s področja Šaleške doline.
Keywords:slovstvena folklora, folklorni dogodek, tekst, tekstura, kontekst, šege, anekdote, literarjenje.

Title:LITERARY FOLKLORE AND READER ORIENTED WRITING IN MLINŠEK'S SCHOOL BOOK
Abstract:The final thesis aims to present the creative work of the collector Fran Mlinšek and the riches of literary folklore in Šaleška valley and its surroundings. Literary folklore in Šaleška valley and its surroundings is immense but unfortunately, it has not been discussed among and introduced to the broader audience. From Mlinšek's school book, the folklore texts and texts have been chosen that can be classified as reader oriented writing, for the authors of the school book, Ivo Stropnik and Jože Hudales, have also published the texts that are not placed into the literary folklore. All the texts from Mlinšek's school book are perserved as manuscripts in The Museum of Velenje. The chosen Fran Mlinšek's folklore texts differ according to their theme, genre and message. Among them, we can find funny, tale-like, legend-like, historical and interpretative narratives, miraculous and animal-like fairy tales, folklore poems that mostly include lyric poems and no narrative poems. They include a lot of folklore patterns, like superstitions, proverbs, advocacies, prayers and children's folklore patterns. In the final thesis, the folklore texts are arranged according to the basic principles of modern literary folklore, as arranged by Marija Stanonik in her book Slovenska slovstvena folklora (1999) – Slovene Literary Folklore (1999). Some chosen texts can neither be classified as literary folklore nor literature and therefore the attention has also been paid to the reader oriented writing. In that part of the final thesis, there are anecdotes, customs and copyright poems of several authors from the region of Šaleška valley. When dealing with that chapter, I used the basic principles of reader oriented writing as presented in Marija Stanonik's Literarjenje, kronopisje in rokopisje v teoriji in praksi (2011) – The Theory and Usage of Reader Oriented Writing, Chronoligical Writing and Manuscripting (2011). The final thesis also introduces all three levels of literary folklore, namely a text, a texture and a context.
Keywords:literary folklore, folklore event, text, texture, context, custom, anecdote, reader oriented writing
