Title:DOLŽNOSTI PACIENTOV V ZDRAVSTVENEM SISTEMU

Abstract:V magistrskem delu smo predstavili dolžnosti pacientov v zdravstvenem sistemu. Z raziskavo smo ugotovili poznavanje dolžnosti pacientov po Zakonu o pacientovih pravicah in dolžnostih, med pacienti in zdravstvenimi delavci, ter stopnjo upoštevanja in spoštovanja zakona o pravicah in dolžnostih. Prav tako smo opisali zakone, ki vsebujejo in opisujejo dolžnosti pacientov v Sloveniji in drugih državah Evropske unije. Opisali smo tudi teorijo skrbi po Kristen M. Swanson in njeno uporabo v procesu zdravstvene nege. Metodologija raziskovanja. Uporabili smo kvantitativno metodologijo raziskovanja. Podatke smo zbirali s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika z odprtimi in zaprtimi vprašanji. V raziskavo je bilo vključenih 50 zdravstvenih delavcev, zaposlenih v Splošni bolnišnici in 50 pacientov, ki obiskujejo diabetično, nefrološko ali druge ambulante, ali pa se zdravijo s hemodializo. Rezultate ankete smo obdelali s pomočjo računalniških programov Microsoft Office Word 2010, Microsoft Office Excel 2010 in PASW Statistics 19. Rezultati raziskave. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da pacienti slabo poznajo njihove dolžnosti v celoti, saj je le 28 (56 %) pacientov pravilno odgovorilo na vprašanje v zvezi z njihovimi dolžnostmi. Po mnenju 21 (51,21%) anketiranih zdravstvenih delavcev, pacienti najbolj kršijo dolžnost spoštljivega odnosa do zdravstvenih delavcev, 18 (43,9%) zdravstvenih delavcev meni, da pacienti najpogosteje kršijo dolžnost upoštevanja urnikov in hišnega reda, 17 (41,46 %) anketiranih zdravstvenih delavcev pa meni, da pacienti najbolj kršijo dolžnost pravočasnega obveščanja o izostankih na pregled ali zdravljenje. Neupoštevanje dolžnosti se ne sankcionira, razen dejanj, ki jih Kazenski zakonik opredeljuje kot kazniva in za njih predpisuje denarno ali pa zaporno kazen.

Title:PATIENTS OBLIGATIONS IN HEALTHCARE SYSTEM
Abstract:In the master,s thesis, we presented the obligations of patients in the health care system. With the research we discovered to which lenght the patients know their obligations, which are presented in Law about patients rights and obligations, amongst patients and health care providers. We also discovered the degree to which the patients and health care providers regard and respect the laws of rights and obligations. Furthermore we described the laws wich contain and describe the obligations of patients in Slovenija and other countryes of European union. What is more, we described the theory of caring according to Kristen M. Swanson and its use in the process of health care. Methodology. For the research we used quantitative methodology. We collected the data with the help of questionnaire with open and closed questions. The questionnaire was carried out by 50 health care providers and 50 patients, who visit the diabetic, nephrology or other departments or otherwise are being threated with haemodialysis. The survey results were processed using the following computer programs: Microsoft Office Word 2010, Microsoft Office Excel 2010 and PASW Statistics 19th. Results of the research. The research showed that patients are poorly acquainted with their obligations entirely, as only 28 (56 %) patients answered correctly when asked about their obligations. According to the opinion of 21 (51 %) surveyed health care providers, patients violate their obligation of respectful relationship towards health care providers. 18 (43,9 %) health care providers think that patients are the ones, who most frequently violate the house rules and curfew, 17 (41,46 %) surveyed health care providers believe that the most frequently violated is the patients responsibility to inform the health care providers of their nonattendance. Violation of responsibilities is not sanctioned except for actions which the criminal law defines as punishable offence and for them prescribes a fine or imprisonment.
