Abstract:Gospodarske krize so bile vedno neželene in nenadne.

Title:AN IMPACT OF ECONOMIC CRISIS ON UNEMPLOYMENT IN SPAIN AND GERMANY
Abstract:Economic crisis have always been unwanted and sudden. Although we could anticipate at least some of them, and be prepared we are usually not. Logic behind that is probably linked with human`s personality and temper not to think about bad stuff when we are in a good place. It was exactly like this with the last crisis, when small recession turned into a global economic crisis. State of those who already were not in a good position got worse, such as Spain and those, who were planning the future and considering problems, like Germany, kind of gotten out without a scratch. Why are there such vast differences amongst countries? They differ by their geographic position that is a large factor in human`s temper and for instance Spanish`s relaxed way of living has some role in their economic performance. On the other hand, Germans are known for their precision, tidiness and order. Some role also plays historical development. Germany has early developed promising economy, which we cannot claim for Spain. Their basic branch when other Europe already being through industrial revolution, was still mainly rural. As far as shocks go, both were involved in several conflicts and discomforts. Germany had to rebuild its economy after being completely ruined after World War II and Spain was also economically exhausted after civil war in 1930s and after Franco`s dictatorship. What will wake Europe up and gave it the reason to continue with its economic prosperity? That is a million dollar question. Regardless types of the measures, a lot of unity, cooperation, effort and professional and personal competences matters, as in every other crisis situation.
