Abstract:
Podjetje Nelit s. p. se ukvarja s prodajo, z izposojo in s servisom rehabilitacijskih pripomočkov. Podjetje je imelo še pred slabim letom velike težave s skladiščenjem, saj je neurejen proces skladiščenja podjetju predstavljal velik strošek. Osnovne naloge skladiščenja so varovanje, izdajanje in sprejemanje materiala. Skladišča morajo biti postavljena tako, da omogočajo čim krajše poti in čim nižje stroške. Material v skladiščih mora biti pregledno postavljen in hitro dosegljiv, seveda pa mora biti vse podprto s programsko opremo, ki vse to omogoča. V diplomski nalogi sta predstavljena analiza obstoječega stanja skladiščnega poslovanja v podjetju Nelit s. p. in predlog za izboljšave z uvedbo informacijskega sistema za vodenje skladišča in zalog ter z uporabo tehnik za upravljanje zalog. Podana je tudi kritična analiza in vidik stroškov uvedbe novega informacijskega sistema in tehnik vodenja zalog.

INVENTORY RATIONALIZATION WITH INTRODUCTION OF INFORMATION SUPPORT IN NELIT S.P.
Abstract:
The main occupations of the Nelit s. p. company, independent contractor, are selling, loaning and providing repair and services of rehabilitation equipment. About a year ago, the company was encountering several issues in relation to storage, which was due to high storage costs because of an inconvenient storehouse proceeding. The basic purposes of storaging are protection, shipping and receiving of goods. In order to assure the shortest distances and the lowest costs, storehouses should be well positioned with regard to provider's location. The merchandise in storehouse should be put in order and within reach. Furthermore, all this should be aided with an appropriate software, so that the work would be facilitated. The following degree paper represents an analysis of the existing situation of the storage management at the Nelit s. p. company and offers a suggestion for improvements supported by an introduction of an information system for storage and supplies management and some techniques for inventory control. Along with this, a critical analysis and expenses overview of the previously mentioned introduction and techniques are also included in the paper.
