Title:ODLOČITVENI MODEL ZA RAZVRSTITEV PRIREDITEV V OBČINI BLED

Abstract:Bled je turistični kraj, ki poleg naravnih in kulturnih danosti ponuja turistom in prebivalstvu pester izbor kulturnih dogodkov. Prireditve je kot enega od nosilnih turističnih produktov predvidela tudi turistična strategija razvoja turizma na Bledu. Organizacija prireditev je pomembna za zapolnitev prostih namestitvenih kapacitet nastanitvenih obratov in hkrati kvalitete bivanja prebivalstva Bleda. V želji po organizaciji primernih prireditev, Občina Bled vsakoletno objavi razpis za sofinanciranje prireditev iz svojega proračuna. Na razpis se vsako leto prijavi vedno več interesentov. Zaradi strogo omejenih sredstev in manj preglednega dodeljevanja le-teh v preteklosti je bilo potrebno razpis posodobiti z izdelavo primernega odločitvenega modela. Odločitveni model smo izdelali po načelih metode večparametrskega odločanja DEX, ki temelji na razgradnji odločitvenega problema na manjše podprobleme. S programskima orodjema DEXi in Vredana smo metodo računalniško podprli. Model smo testirali z vrednotenjem in analizo 10 naključno izbranih prireditev. Rezultati so nam pokazali, da je model primeren in pripravljen za uporabo v odločitvenih procesih.

Title:DECISION MODEL FOR CLASSIFICATION OF EVENTS IN MUNICIPALITY BLED
Abstract:Bled is a tourist destination, which in addition to natural and cultural features, offers tourists and the local population a wide range of cultural events. Events were featured in the Tourist development strategy of Bled, as one of the main tourist products. Organization of events is important for filling the vacant capacities in the accommodation facilities as well as the quality of life of the population of Bled. In an effort to organize suitable events, Bled Municipality annually publishes a public tender, to co-finance the events from the Bled Municipality budget. More and more applicants apply to the tender each year. Due to severely limited resources and low transparency of allocation of the grants in the past, it was necessary to update the tender by creating an appropriate decision making model. Decision making model was created on the principles of multiparameter decision making DEX, based on the decomposition of decision-making problem into smaller sub problems. The method was supported by the software tools DEXi and Vredana. The model has been tested through the evaluation and analysis of 10 randomly selected events. The results have shown that the model is suitable and ready for use in decision-making processes.
