Title:Depresivna motnja med odraslimi na podeželju

Abstract:Izhodišče. Depresivna motnja je ena izmed motenj razpoloženja in je bolezen našega časa. Je duševna motnja, ki lahko prizadene vsakogar, ne glede na spol, starost, raso ali vero, in v svoji razsežnosti pomembno vpliva na človekovo telesno in duševno zdravje. Pojavlja se lahko v vseh življenjskih obdobjih, že v otroštvu in vse do pozne starosti. Namen diplomskega dela je bil ugotoviti prisotnost depresivne motnje med odraslimi na podeželju in predstaviti preventivo depresivnih motenj. Metodologija raziskovanja. Raziskava je temeljila na kvantitativni metodologiji, kjer smo za zbiranje podatkov uporabili strukturiran vprašalnik. Dodatno smo za določanje stopnje depresivnosti uporabili standardiziran samoevalvacijski vprašalnik o stopnji depresivnosti (Zung), ki nam je pomagal ugotoviti počutje anketirancev, definirano v časovnem intervalu. Raziskovalni vzorec je obsegal 50 oseb moškega in ženskega spola na podeželju, v okolici Gornje Radgone, v starosti od 20 do 65 let, kar pomeni aktivno populacijo. K sodelovanju smo jih povabili naključno. Raziskava je bila izvedena januarja 2012. Rezultati. Analiza podatkov je pokazala, da dve tretjini anketiranih oseb nimata nobenih znakov depresivnosti, skoraj tretjina anketiranih oseb pa kaže minimalne do blage znake depresivnosti. Za preventivo pojava depresivne motnje dve tretjini anketirancev telesno poskrbita zase s sprehodi in aktivnostmi na svežem zraku, skoraj polovica anketirancev pa se pogovori s svojimi bližnjimi, ko se počutijo žalostne, osamljene in brez energije. Med tistimi, ki so kazali minimalne do blage znake depresivnosti, je bilo 21,3 % žensk in 10,6 % moških. Razvidno je, da ženske 2–krat pogosteje zbolijo za depresijo kot moški. Sklep. Depresivna motnja je velik problem za sedanjost in zaskrbljujoč problem za prihodnost, saj je pogosto neprepoznana in nezdravljena. Zato je depresivno motnjo potrebno čim prej diagnosticirati in začeti z zdravljenjem, da preprečimo posledice in omogočimo kakovostno življenje pacientu z depresijo ter njegovi družini.

Title:Depressive Disorder Among Adults in Rural Areas
Abstract:Starting point. Despondent disturbance is one of among disturbing of mood and it is the disease of our time. It's mental disorder, that can hurt everybody, regardless of gender, age, race or religion, and he influences human physically and mental health important in his dimension. He can appear in all life periods, already in childhood and it all towards late age. Intention of a dissertation was to find out presence of despondent disturbance between adults on countryside and to introduce prevention of despondent disturbances. Methodology of research. Research was based on quantitative methodology where we used to collect data structured questionnaire. We used standardized self-evaluation questionnaire on rate of depression for determining of rate of depression additionally (Zung), that he helped us to find out feeling of interviewees, defined in time interval. Investigated sample comprised 50 people of a male and female sex on countryside, near Gornja Radgona, in age during 20 until 65 years, which means active population. We invited them random to cooperation. The research was conducted January 2012. Results. Data indicated, that two thirds of interviewed people had no sign of depression, almost third of interviewed people shows of minimal to mild sign of depression. Two thirds of interviewees take care of themselves physically with walks and activities behind prevention of occurrence of despondent disturbance on fresh air, almost half of interviewees talks with own nearby, when they feel sad, isolated and without energy. Between those, that were showing of minimal to mild sign of depression, there were 21.3 % of women and 10.6 % of males. It is visible, that women’s are two times more oftener fall ill for depression as male. Resolution. A despondent disorder is big problem for present and worrying problem for future, because it's often unrecognized and untreated. Therefore he must diagnose despondent disturbance as soon as possible and to start treatment, that they make consequences impossible and we make quality life possible for the patient with depression and his family.
