Abstract:V diplomski nalogi smo proučevali stanje marginalnosti v današnji družbi.

Title:MARGINALIZATION AND EMPLOYEMENT
Abstract:In this thesis we studied the state of marginalization in modern society. The fact is that in our society there are marginalized groups in society who are marginalized from everyday social functioning, including employment. We focused on the marginal group of addicts and their integration into the labor market. We studied their employability or. the extent to which the marginal impact on employment and the percentage of addicts are engaged in the workplace due to their education and experience. With this thesis we will present the facts and current issues of potential non-exploitation of working people who struggle with addiction. The results showed a majority of unemployment of drug addicts, despite the experience. Most of the addicts had a job before problems with addiction started, but now the job search is faced with prejudice by employers who do not wish to employ addicts. It has to be considered that the study was based on subjective thinking and experiences of respondents.
