Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je predstavljen odločitveni model za izdajo distribucijske opreme za podjetje Delo Prodaja, d.d. Glede na postavljene kriterije smo med seboj primerjali distribucijsko opremo treh ponudnikov. Za lažje odločanje smo uporabili program za večparametersko odločanje DEXi 3.03. Program nam omogoča izdelavo odločitvenega drevesa in ovrednotenje kriterijev, ki so bistveni za uspešno odločanje. S pomočjo programa Vredana smo na koncu preverili in analizirali pridobljeno končno oceno. Izbrana rešitev je implementirana.

DECISION MODEL FOR SELECTING DISTRIBUTION EQUIPTMENT
Abstract:
In the diploma thesis the decision model in the choice of equipment suppliers for the needs of the Delo Prodaja company is presented. Considering the defined criteria, the equipment provided by three suppliers is compared. For easier decision-making the program enabling multi-attribute decision-making DEXi 3.03 is used. The program is able to create the decision tree and to evaluate the criteria that crucial for successful decision-making. At the very end, the final assessment is checked and analyzed by means of the Vredana tool. Selected solution is implemented.
