Abstract:
Točni in pravočasni podatki iz proizvodnega procesa so temelj boljšega planiranja in vodenja ter nadzora proizvodnje in hkrati podlaga za odločanje na vseh ravneh podjetja, zato je namen diplomskega dela analizirati proizvodni proces v podjetju Kladivar d.d. Na začetku diplomske naloge je opisan razvoj in organizacija podjetja ter proizvodni program. V nadaljevanju so opisane teoretične osnove planiranja, vodenja in nadzora proizvodnje. Nato smo naredili posnetek procesa izdelave hidravličnih ohišij in batnih drsnikov pred uvedbo elektronskega zajema podatkov, ga analizirali in predstavili glavne slabosti le-tega. V nadaljevanju smo izdelali posnetek procesa po uvedbi elektronskega zajema podatkov ter izdelali analizo koristi. Izvedli smo tudi anketo zadovoljstva zaposlenih, ki so neposredno ali posredno povezani s sistemom zajema podatkov in primerjali klimo med letoma 2008 in 2012. V zaključku smo podali oceno učinkov ter možnosti za nadaljnji razvoj sistema.

ANALYSIS OF USEFULNEES OF INITIATION OF ELECTRONIC DATA ACQUISITION IN PRODUCTION OF KLADIVAR LLC
Abstract:
Real time data from production process are foundation for better planning, management and control of production and at the same time they serve as a basis for decisions making on all levels of company. So intention of diploma work is to analyse production process in company Kladivar d.d. First, we described history of company, organization and its production program. Then theoretical terms of planning, management and control of production are described. We made analysis of the process of manufacturing of the hydraulic housing and the control spools before the introduction of the electronic data acquisition in production. We analysed it and presented the main disadvantages. Furthermore we made analyses of the process after implementation of electronic data acquisition. We also carried out survey of satisfaction of employees, that they are connected with system of data acquisition directly or vicariously and compared climate between years 2008 and 2012. In conclusion, we made an assessment of impacts and options for future system development.
