Abstract:Naloga predstavlja naslednje tri pojave: talibansko gibanje, vojno in terorizem. Delujejo predvsem v južnem Afganistanu in severozahodnem Pakistanu.

Abstract:This article presents the following three phenomena: the movement of Taliban, war and terrorism. The Taliban are a group of Islamic militia that ruled most of Afghanistan between 1996 and 2001. Since 2001, the Taliban changed their tactics, structure, ideology and members. Today, the Afghan Taliban have their allies in the Pakistani army and the Arab and Central Asian militants. They operate mainly in southern Afghanistan and northwestern Pakistan. They are often involved in terrorist attacks against the civilian population in Afghanistan. War is the set of acts of violence from one country, that wants from another country to impose its will. For the existence of war is necessary purpose of warfare, therefore, that at least one country make war. Today, instead of the concept of war is often used the concept of armed conflict, which is wider. War is the subject of military science, which is among the oldest science. The law of war is law, which goal is humanisation of armed conflict. A terrorism is any organized act of violence that is directed against civilians or civilian institutions in order to achieve certain political and / or economic objectives. Taliban also achieve their goals through terrorist acts. Terrorism is an international problem. The whole world is targeted in prevention of it.
