Abstract:V diplomskem seminarju smo raziskovali komuniciranje z vidika upravljanja človeških virov. Teorijo smo želeli preveriti na praktičnem primeru s pomočjo študije primera v podjetju Elektro Maribor, d.d. V teoretičnem delu smo najprej opredelili, kaj komuniciranje je, nato pa smo predstavili poslovno komuniciranje, njegov pomen, posebnosti, vlogo, vrste komuniciranja, nekatere oblike pisnega in ustnega komuniciranja ter neverbalno komuniciranje. Raziskovali smo tudi upravljanje človeških virov. Da smo lažje razumeli ta pojem, smo na začetku pojasnili, kaj človeški viri so in kakšne zmožnosti imajo. Opredelili smo pojem upravljanje človeških virov in spoznali aktivnosti upravljanja človeških virov.
Keywords:Komuniciranje, poslovno komuniciranje, opravljanje človeških virov, upravljanje zunanjega in notranjega okolja, ocenjevanje dela in rezultatov, nagrajevanje zaposlenih, načrtovanje in izbira kadrov, razvoj in izobraževanje.

Title:COMMUNICATION FROM PERSPECTIVE OF HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
Abstract:In our diploma seminar we explored communication from the human resource management perspective. We wanted to test the theory on a practical example using a case study in the company Elektro Maribor, d. d. In the theoretical part, we initially defined what communication is, we learned about business communication, what is its significance, specificity, role, what types of communication we are familiar with as well as some forms or written and oral communication, and also non-verbal communication. We also studied about the human resource management and in order to better understand the concept of this term, the beginning of our diploma thesis explains what human resources are and what capabilities they have. We defined the concept of human resource management and learned about activities of human resource management. In the practical part we used the case study to confirm both theses we set in the introductory part. We found that communication has a positive impact on human resource management as human resource management includes several activities, which could not be successfully implemented without communication. In addition, we also confirmed the thesis saying that successful communication requires both internal and external communication. Internal communication is essential if we want our employees in the company to be sufficiently informed. With the intention of successful business operation companies devote a lot of time and money to external communication, which is also necessary for successful human resource management as we have assumed in our hypothesis, as employees receive a lot of information from the media. Public relations are an integral part that is responsible for successful relationship between organization and its environment. To successfully manage external and internal environment of organization, which is one of five human resource management activities, it is absolutely necessary to obtain information from the environment and its launch of information into the environment. We argue that human resource management is not possible without communication. Every company requires suitably qualified and trained managers and other co-workers who have expert knowledge in communication skills in order to facilitate human resource management. Communication also requires preparation, namely, if we say something inappropriate it may harmful for the organization. And once the words are spoken they cannot be erased.
Keywords:Communication, business communication, the provision of human resources, management of external and internal environmental assessment work and results, employee planning and selection of staff development and training.
