Abstract:	Za mala podjetja je značilno, da nimajo velikega vpliva na okolje, zato se morajo neprestano prilagajati spremembam v okolju, če hočejo preživeti. Delež majhnih podjetij v Sloveniji je manj kot 5%, vendar ustvarijo okrog 20% prihodka. Podjetje Lesna industrija Radlje ob Dravi d.o.o. je majhno proizvodno in storitveno podjetje, ki se ukvarja predvsem z izdelavo lesenih oken in lesenih notranjih in vhodnih vrat ter montažo svojih izdelkov. Diplomsko delo smo razdelili na dva vsebinska dela, in sicer na teoretičen in praktičen del. V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili teoretična izhodišča politike podjetja ter njene sestavine. V praktičnem delu diplomskega seminarja pa smo se omejili predvsem na aktivnosti, ki so potrebne za planiranje razvoja podjetja Lesna industrija Radlje ob Dravi d.o.o. na ravni politike podjetja. Uporabili smo ugotovitve iz teoretičnega dela. V praktičnem delu smo najprej predstavili podjetje Lesna industrija Radlje ob Dravi d.o.o. ter proučili izbrane značilnosti podjetja, nato smo predstavili obstoječo politiko podjetja. V zadnjem koraku praktičnega dela diplomskega seminarja pa smo na podlagi raziskovalno – prognostičnih procesov podali predlog prihodnje politike podjetja.

Title:	PLANNING OF ENTERPRISE POLICY
Abstract:	For small companies it is typical that they don't have a mojor impact on the environment, therefore they must continually adapt to changes in the environment if they want to survive. The share of small companies in Slovenia is less than 5%, but they generate around 20% of the income. Company Lesna industrija Radlje ob Dravi d.o.o is a small manufacturing and service company, is mainly engaged in the manufacture of wooden windows and wooden interior and exterior doors and installation of its products. The thesis is divided into two substantive parts, namely the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part we defined the theoretical foundations of the company policy and its components. In the practical part of the thesis, we were primarily focused on the activities necessary for planning the development of the Lesna industrija Radlje ob Dravi d.o.o on business policy. We used the findings from theoretical work. In practical work, we first presented the company Lesna industrija Radlje ob Dravi d.o.o and examined selected characteristics of the company and then we presented the existing company policy. The final step in the practical part of the thesis were based on research - prognostic processes presented a proposal for company policy in the future.
