Abstract:
Projektna naloga obravnava vodnogospodarske ukrepe za zaščito pred visokimi vodami. Najprej so opisane osnovne značilnosti poplav in določanje poplavne ogroženosti. V nadaljevanju sledijo gradbeni protipoplavni posegi (regulacije, nasipi, zadrževalniki visokih voda, lokalne preusmeritve). V zadnjem delu je opisan praktični primer analize in ocene načrtovanih ukrepov ob nastopu poplav.

Structural flood control measures
Abstract:
In this paper structural flood control objects are overviewed. Firstly mentioned are flood basics and flood risk followed by a description of structural objects (river chanell modifications, levees, detention basins, flood bypass). Lastly the analysis and assessment of planned flood control project is described.
