Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je prikazana racionalizacija montaže bobnastih kosilnic tipa Drumcut. Sodobna montažna linija zahteva visoko produktivnost in tudi visoko varnost. Pri racionalizaciji montaže smo se soočili z raznimi problemi. Med glavnimi problemi so obračanje kosilnice med postopkom montaže, obračanje granat in prilagoditev višine delovnega mesta. Probleme smo odpravili s primernimi montažnimi pripravami, ki omogočajo učinkovitejše delo. Rezultati raziskave so omogočili predvsem skrajšanje montažnih časov, večjo varnost in boljšo ergonomičnost delovnega mesta.

Assembly rationalization of drum mowers
Abstract:
In a dissertation, there is shown a rationalization of assembling the drum mowers, type of Drumcut. Modern assembly line requires a high productivity and a high security as well. During the rationalization of the assembling, we confronted with different problems, such as turning the mower during the process, turning four parts and height adjustment of the workplace. We solved the problems with the suitable assembly preparations, which enable more effective work. The results of the research enabled especially curtailment of the assembly times, more security and better ergonomics of the workplace.
