Abstract:	Komunikacijo si predstavljamo kot kakršno koli sodelovanje med ljudmi. Pošiljatelj pošlje sporočilo preko komunikacijskega kanala prejemniku. Model po katerem potujejo sporočila imenujemo komunikacijski model. Uporabnikom je v komunikaciji na voljo veliko vrst medijev preko katerih si pošiljajo sporočila. Področje komuniciranja v okolju podjetja imenujemo poslovno komuniciranje, le to pa delimo glede na okolje podjetja, na zunanje in notranje oziroma interno komuniciranje. V komunikaciji poznamo več vrst orodij preko katerih le-ta poteka. Razvoj tehnologije nam omogoča vse večjo izbiro elektronskih orodij med njimi tudi internet in intranet. Bistvena razlika med njima je, da je intranet zaprto omrežje znotraj organizacije z omejenim dostopom, torej pokriva zgoraj omenjeno interno komunikacijo v organizaciji. Zaposlenim omogoča dostop do hitrih in ažurnih informacij. Dostop do internega omrežja je dovoljen le določenim registriranim uporabnikom. To omogoča visoka stopnja varnostne zaščite.

Title:	INTERNAL COMMUNICATION IN AN INTRANET: THE EXAMPLE OF COMPANY TELEKOM
Abstract:	We define communication as any kind of cooperation among people. Sender sends a message through a communication channel to the recipient. Model where messages travel is called the communication channel. Users can use many types of media through which they can send messages. Scope of communication in an enterprise environment is called business communication. This communication is divided according to the company environment, internal or external or internal communications. We know many communication tools. Technology development offers a lot of choices of electronic tools, including Internet and intranet. The essential difference between them is that the intranet is closed network within an organization with limited access, and supports the above-mentioned internal communication within the organization. It empowers employees with access to quick and updated information. Since the network has high security protection, access to internal network is allowed only certain registered users.
