Abstract:	Naša tema diplomskega seminarja je primerjava spletnih mest NLB Klika in SKB NET-a. Za to temo smo se odločili z razlogom, da spoznamo storitve internetnega bančništva in kakovost spletnih mest, saj živimo v času, ko bomo vedno bolj pogosto začeli uporabljati bančne storitve in je praktično, da se seznanimo tudi z internetnim bančništvom. V diplomskem seminarju smo raziskali, kaj so spletna mesta in jih opisali. Podrobneje smo si ogledali kakovost spletnih mest, da smo pozneje lahko primerjali spletni mesti NLB Klika in SKB NET-a. Pogledali smo si portale in raziskali tudi to področje. Bistvenega pomena je bilo internetno bančništvo, saj sta NLB Klik in SKB NET storitvi internetnega bančništva pri bankah. Ugotovili smo, da uporaba internetnega bančništva z leti narašča. To pomeni, da ljudje vedno bolj zaupajo v ta sistem in da imajo vedno manj časa, da bi obiskali poslovalnice bank in tam čakali v vrsti Preden smo primerjali spletna mesta, smo se malo poglobili v posamezno banko in njihove storitve. Pogledali smo, kaj nudita NLB Klik in SKB NET, kaj so pogoji za njuno uporabo in kaj kateri nudi. Na koncu smo se osredotočili na primerjavo njunih spletnih mest in ugotovili, da ne prihaja do velikih razlik, razen v pogojih načina uporabe in v določenih pripomočkih, ki so lahko koristni. Vse banke in uporabniki bančnih storitev se zavedajo, da bo internetno bančništvo vedno bolj koristno in da bo vedno več uporabnikov bančnih storitev koristilo ta način, zato bodo banke morale dajati velik poudarek na storitve internetnega bančništva in vlagati v razvoj kakovostnih spletnih mest.

Title:	WEBSITE COMPARISON OF NLB KLIK AND SKB NET
Abstract:	The topic of our thesis is a comparison between web sites Klik NLB and SKB Net. The reason for this decision is that we wanted to get to know the services and the quality of Internet banking since they are in everyday use more and more. It is also practical to get acquainted with Internet banking. In the thesis we researched and described what the web sites are. We checked the quality of the web sites in to details, so that we were able to compare the web sites of NLB Klik and SKB NET. We also took a look at the portals and researched this area. Internet banking was the most important because both, NLB Klik and SKB NET, are services of Internet banking at banks. We found out that the use of internet banking is increasing during years. This means that people are more and more confident in Internet banking and that they have less time to visit branches of banks. Before we compared web sites, we went deeper into individual bank and their services. We checked what individual bank NLB and SKB NET offer and what are its conditions for use. At the end we focused on their comparisons of web sites where we realised that there were no big differences except in terms of usage and in some devices that might be useful. Every bank and every user of Internet banking service is aware of the fact that Internet banking will become in creasingly useful and more users of Internet banking services will benefit from this manner. Therefore, banks will have to put large emphasis on services of Internet banking and investigations to develop it, as well as quality of web sites and also to be useful for the individual user of Internet banking.
