Abstract:
Dandanes ima vse več podjetij veliko težav z iskanjem oziroma urejanjem podatkov, ki so shranjeni na različnih lokacijah v različnih dokumentih na računalniku. Te podatke je potem težko poiskati, ker se lahko isti podatki nahajajo v večih različnih datotekah in jih je potrebno potem v vsaki izmed teh datotek spremeniti. Tu pa se pojavijo velike težave. To diplomsko delo razišče to področje in podrobneje razloži upravljanje istih podatkov v različnih dokumentih. Namen diplomskega dela je opis in predstavitev rešitve problema pri upravljanju dokumentacije s pomočjo Microsoft Office programov Word, Excel in InfoPath. Cilj diplomskega dela je ugotoviti, kako spremeniti enake podatke v vseh datotekah naenkrat.

MICROSOFT OFFICE AS A MANAGEMENT TOOL FOR DOCUMENTATION
Abstract:
Nowadays more and more companies have trouble finding or editing data that are saved on different locations in different files on a computer. Those data are hard to find, because the same data can be found in several different files and have to be then changed in each of those files. Here major problems occur. This diploma paper examines this field and explains in detail the management of the same data in different files. The purpose of this diploma paper is to describe and present the problem of documentation management with help of Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel and InfoPath. The objective of this diploma paper is to find out how to change the same data in all files simultaneously.
