Abstract:	V diplomskem delu z naslovom »Logistična analiza embaliranja in skladiščenja rezervnih delov podjetja Gorenje, d. d.« smo reševali aktualne probleme, ki se nanašajo na neučinkovito vodenje embalaže in skladiščno poslovanje. V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela smo navedli ključne pojme in trditve, ki zadevajo embaliranje in skladiščno poslovanje proizvodnega podjetja. Prikazali smo obstoječi potek embaliranja vhodnega blaga in analizirali temeljne procese skladiščnega poslovanja. Na osnovi poglobljenega posnetka obstoječega stanja in kritične analize smo definirali vzroke, ki imajo za posledico neučinkovito skladiščno poslovanje v navedenem podjetju. V analizi rešitev, ki je zasnovana na pomanjkljivostih, opisanih v kritični analizi, smo predlagali uvedbo novejše strojne opreme, ki bi izboljšala čas in kakovost embaliranja blaga. Glede problematike pomanjkanja skladiščnega prostora smo predlagali možnost izgradnje novega avtomatiziranega visokoregalnega skladišča ali pa najem ustreznega skladišča. Izdelali smo primerjavo obeh možnosti in izpostavili tisto, ki bi bila za podjetje učinkovitejša in stroškovno ugodnejša.

Title:	Logistic analysis of packaging and storage of spare parts in the company Gorenje, d.d.
Abstract:	In this diploma thesis entitled Logistic analysis of packaging and storage of spare parts in the company Gorenje, JSC, we solve current problems relating to the ineffective management of packaging and warehousing operations. In the theoretical part of the diploma thesis we have listed the key concepts and arguments concerning the packaging and warehouse operations of a manufacturing company. In the current state we presented the process of packaging incoming goods, and analyzed the fundamental processes of storage operations. Based on the current state and the critical analysis, we defined causes, which result in inefficient warehousing management in the previously mentioned company. In the analysis of solutions, which is based on the shortcomings described in the critical analysis, we have suggested newer hardware, which would improve time and quality of packing goods. For the problem of missing enough of storage space, we suggested the option of constructing a new automated warehouse, or rental of an appropriate warehouse. We made a comparison of the two options and pointed out the one more efficient and bringing less costs for the company.
