| Abstract: | Zasnovali smo inovativno montažno leseno vrstno hišo. Pri načrtovanju smo upoštevali teoretične osnove gradnje montažnih lesenih hiš in vrstnih hiš, ki smo jih podali v uvodnem pregledu. Teoretično smo predstavili zakonitosti montažne gradnje, tipologijo enodružinske hiše, zgodovino gradnje vrstnih hiš ter na kratko predstavili primerjavo dveh montažnih lesenih vrstnih hiš v tujini.
Konstrukcijske elemente in termični ovoj stavbe smo zasnovali, tako da zadostujejo pogojem, podanim v veljavni zakonodaji (PURES, ZGO, TSG ipd.). Energetsko učinkovitost zasnovane stavbe smo preverili s programom PHPP 2007. |
