Abstract:	Ženske skozi čas postajajo vse bolj pomemben člen v podjetništvu. Ustanavljajo pretežno majhna podjetja v storitveni dejavnosti, vendar z njimi prispevajo k večji gospodarnosti trga. Ker so v svetu še danes prisotni številni stereotipi glede žensk, se na lastni podjetniški poti srečujejo z ovirami, zato potrebujejo dober podporni sistem, tako s strani svoje družine kot tudi države. Njihov način vodenja, organiziranja in poslovanja se karakterno razlikuje od moškega, saj jim glavni motiv za ustanovitev ne predstavlja denar. Za ustanovitveni kapital raje uporabijo lastne prihranke in denar od družine in prijateljev. Tako največji problem pri financiranju predstavlja podkapitaliziranost in slaba informiranost glede pridobitve drugih virov financiranja, saj se v podjetništvu ženske šele uveljavljajo. Ker vse te dejavnike spremlja še strah pred zadolževanjem, ki je pri ženskah ogromen, se pojavijo težave. V diplomskem seminarju smo predstavili kaj je za žensko podjetništvo značilno, predstavili razlike med podjetniki in podjetnicami in možne oblike financiranja MSP in njihove prednosti in slabosti. Izvedli smo prav tako anketno raziskavo, s katero smo podkrepili teoretična dejstva.

Title:	FEMALE ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND PROBLEMS OF SME'S FINANCING
Abstract:	Women are, with time, becoming more and more important part of the entrepreneurship. Mostly, they establish small enterprises in the field of service activity, but contribute importantly to a bigger market economy. There are still many of stereotypes about women’s entrepreneurship out in the world and because of that, they are faced with many obstacles on their way, which means that they need a good support system, both of the commonwealth and their family. Their way of leadership, organization and business is characteristically different from men’s, because women’s main motive for constitute a company is not of financial nature. Women rather use their own savings or their family and friend’s money as start-up finance. Their main problem with financing an enterprise is undercapitalization and also they are not so well informed about gaining other sources of financing, since women entrepreneurship is still only in enforcement. Problems appear, because all of these factors are accompanied also by the fear from borrowing that is well present with women. In our diploma we have presented the main characters of women’s entrepreneurship, we have listed the differences between women and men as entrepreneurs and possible forms of financing SME, as well as their advantages and disadvantages. We also performed a survey research which helped us substantiate the theoretical facts.
