Abstract:	V delu diplomskega seminarja predstavljamo vzroke in izvor finančno gospodarske krize, njeno integracijo v podjetniško okolje ter v okolje posameznikov in gospodinjstev, natančneje z vidika dolžniškega financiranja ter odzive države in Evropske Unije na blažitev posledic krize. Primerjamo stanje dolžniškega financiranja subjektov finančnih institucij pred krizo in za čas trajanja. Rdečo nit diplomskega seminarja predstavlja gospodarsko finančna kriza, predstavljeni so ažurirani podatki dolžniškega financiranja rezidentov Slovenije in evroobmočja na podlagi izdanih publikacij s strani Banke Slovenije ter Evropske Centralne Banke, podani so ukrepi in strategije sprejeti s strani Vlade Republike Slovenije in Evropske Komisije.

Title:	THE IMPACT OF GLOBAL FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC CRISIS ON FOREIGN FINANCING OF THE COMPANIES AND HOUSEHOLDS IN REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA AND EUROPEAN UNION
Abstract:	In this Diploma seminar we present causes and sources of financial economic crisis, its integration in business environment and in the environment of households. Emphasis is placed on foreign financing and responses of Republic of Slovenia and European Union in order to lower the effects of the crisis. We compare differences of foreign financing of companies and households before the presence of the crisis and foreign financing during the existance of the crisis. There is main theme present during whole Diploma seminar, that is financial and economic crisis, still this work contains datas, such as annual reports, issued by Bank of Slovenia and European Central Bank, actions provided from the Government of Slovenia and European Commission in order to reduce the consequences of the current crisis.
