Abstract:V diplomski nalogi so raziskane razlike med absolutno in relativno javno osebo, kje so meje med eno in drugo javno osebo in katere pravice so jim lahko v večji meri kratene kot zasebnikom.

Title:ABSOLUTE AND RELATIVE PUBLIC PERSONS
Abstract:In this diploma differences and limits between absolute and relative public figures are investigated as well as which rights are limited to them as privates. Cases of Slovenian Court and European Court of Human Rights are analyzed in order to determine their definition of absolute and relative figures. Cases are compared to the literature and deviations occurring in reality are observed. Definitions are then applied to the Slovenian media space concluding that definitions are roughly given, however, rights of specific public figures vary from case to case due to the factors such as environment, context and function of the public figure.
Keywords:absolute public person, relative public person, privacy, freedom of speech
