Abstract:	Podjetje Maroles d. o. o., ki se nahaja v središču mesta Šentjur, se ukvarja z izdelavo pohištva iz lesa in ostale notranje opreme. Trenutna proizvodna hala je najemniška in zgrajena v treh povezanih delih, zato se je podjetje odločilo, da prestavijo celotno proizvodnjo v novo halo, ki bi bila od sedanje oddaljena 2 kilometra. Na žalost ima podjetje finančne težave, zato bi moral del proizvodnje, kjer je lakirnica ostati v sedanji hali. Notranji logistični procesi v sedanji hali so slabo organizirani in neracionalni. Kapaciteta proizvodnje je zaradi razmestitve strojev, ki nima nobene povezave s proizvodnjo izdelkov, majhna in neekonomična. Proizvodni čas je zato daljši, kar pomeni, da so stroški večji, saj je potrebno veliko transportnih manipulacij, ki pa zahtevajo veliko časa. V diplomskem delu smo predstavili predlog ureditve notranjih logističnih procesov v novi proizvodni hali, ki temeljijo predvsem na krajšanju transportnih poti, pravilnejši oziroma optimalnejši razmestitvi strojev in delovnih površin, boljšemu pristopu k organizaciji proizvodnje ter komunikaciji med delavci, tehnologi in upravo. S temi predlogi bi podjetje lahko privarčevalo in tudi povečalo kapaciteto proizvodnje ter si tako utrdilo mesto na Slovenskem in tujem trgu.

Title:	Proposal for a regulation of internal logistics processes in the company Maroles d. o. o.
Abstract:	Company Maroles d. o. o. is producing wooden furniture and other interior equipment. The company locates in the center of the city named Šentjur. Current production facility is rented and build out of three connected parts that was the reason why has the company decided to move to new facilities, which is located 2 kilometers from the previous building. Unfortunately, has this company some financial problems. For that reason should a part of manufacturing, where is the paint shop, remain in the current facility, since the company cannot afford sufficient space, where would be the entire manufacturing. Internal logistic processes in the current facility are poorly and irrational organized. Production capacity is due to the deployment of machinery, which has no connection with the manufacture of products, small and uneconomical. Production time is longer, which means that there are higher costs, because we need a lot of transport manipulation which leads us to big time differences. In this diploma we will present proposal from the system of internal logistics processes in a new facility, which are mainly based on the shortening of routes and more accurate and optimal location of machinery and work surfaces and a better approach to the organization of production and communication between workers and technicians, and administrations. These proposals allow the company to save and increase production capacity and thus strengthen the position of Slovenian and foreign markets.
