Abstract:Etični odnosi so vedno bolj pomembni, tako na zasebnem kot tudi na poslovnem področju. Podjetja morajo delovati etično, sprejemati etične odločitve, poslovati etično in imeti karseda urejene in dobre odnose med sodelavci na vseh hierarhičnih ravneh. Pomembno je, da so odnosi med zaposlenimi dobri, saj le tako lahko delo poteka nemoteno. Kljub temu, da se podjetja tega zavedajo, pa velikokrat pride tudi do neetičnega ravnanja, ki je lahko namerno ali nenamerno. Mobing se pojavlja vedno pogosteje in povsod, tako v zasebnem ko poslovnem svetu. V diplomskem seminarju smo mobing obravnavali kot primer neetičnega ravnanja. Mobing običajno nastane iz nerešenega konflikta, bodisi med sodelavci, bodisi med podrejenimi ali nadrejenimi. Najpogostejši vzroki za nastanek mobinga so tekmovalnost, avtoritarni slog vodenja in nesposobnost reševanja konfliktov. Zaradi mobinga ima lahko žrtev mobinga fizične ali psihične posledice. Posledice mobinga so velike tako za posameznika kot za organizacijo, v kateri je mobing potekal. Mobirana oseba običajno ni več sposobna opravljati dela, zato pride do prekinitve delovnega razmerja. Preprečevanje mobinga je zelo pomembno tako za zaposlene kot organizacijo, zato morajo za preprečevanje mobinga skrbeti tako zaposleni kot vodstvo podjetij.

Title:ETHICAL RELATIONS AND MOBBING: THE CASE OF PUBLIC COMPANY
Abstract:The importance of ethical relations is increasing in both, private and business area. Companies must act ethically; they must take ethical decisions, operate ethically as possible and keep good relations between employees at all hierarchical levels. Good relations between employees is important for the work efficiency. Despite the fact that companies are aware of this, there are many case of either intentional or unintentional unethical behavior. Mobbing rate is increasing in both, private and business sector. According to the graduate seminar mobbing in an example of unethical behavior. It usually arises from unresolved conflict, either between employees or between subordinates and superiors. The most common causes of mobbing are rivalry, authoritarian management style, social climbing and inability to resolve conflicts. Victims of mobbing may have physical or psychological consequences. The consequences of mobbing are huge for both - the individual and the organization in which bullying is taking place. Victims of mobbing are usually incapable of performing work, which results in termination of employment. Mobbing prevention is very important to both employees and the organization. They must take care to prevent mobbing in both, employees and management companies.
