Abstract:	Danes so socialna omrežja prisotna že vsepovsod, saj si življenje brez njih skorajda ne predstavljamo več. Čeprav je glaven namen socialnih omrežij sprva bil samo povezovanje ljudi in komunikacija med temi, se je danes namen teh socialnih omrežij preusmeril tudi v poslovno okolje. Socialna omrežja si v poslovnem vidiku lahko pomagajo na različne načine, le te pa smo tudi opisali in na primerih tudi prikazali. Vendar pa niso vsa socialna omrežja isto dejavna v poslovnem okolju, te spremembe smo v našem raziskovalnem delu prav tudi prikazali. Uporaba prihodkovnih modelov se danes med socialnimi omrežji prav tako razlikuje, zato smo jih natančneje tudi predstavili. Spletne nevarnosti prav tako predstavljajo danes veliko grožnjo, saj jih je iz leta v letu zaznati vedno več. Socialna omrežja pa so za te nevarnosti še bolj odprta, saj so za spletne kriminalce lahka tarča. Nekaj najpogostejših spletnih nevarnostih smo prav tako omenili v našem raziskovalnem delu. Spreminjanje in nastajanje novih socialnih omrežij je vedno bolj pogosto, zato v našem raziskovalnem delu omenimo tudi kaj lahko od socialnih omrežij pričakujemo v prihodnosti.

Title:	ROLE OF SOCIAL NETWORKS IN BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT
Abstract:	Today social networks are present everywhere, mostlly because we don't imagine life without them any more. Although main goal of social networks was only connecting people as well as communication among these at first, their intention is today also diverted into business environment. In business point of view social networks can help themselves in a different manners. Those manners were also described and showed on some examples. However not all social networks are active the same in business environment, those changes are showed in our research work. Today use of income models differentiates as well among social networks, therefore we also introduced them more carefully. Web dangers are also presenting large threat today, mostlly because each year we detect them more and more. Social networks are still more open for those threat, since they are easy target for web criminals. Most frequent web dangers are also mentioned in our research work. Changing and forming new social networks are also more and more often, therefore in our researc work we also mention what can we expect from social networks in the future.
