Abstract:
V diplomskem delu smo predstavili WAI tehnike in orodja, ki se uporabljajo za zagotavljanje dostopnosti spletnih strani širšemu krogu uporabnikov. Uporabniki spleta se med seboj razlikujemo in imamo pri njegovi uporabi različne potrebe, če pri oblikovanju spletnih strani zadostimo veliki večini uporabniških potreb bo naša spletna stran prijaznejša in dostopnejša mnogim uporabnikom. Z uporabo dveh brezplačnih orodij za ocenjevanje spletne dostopnosti smo testirali določene kriterije dostopnosti treh spletnih strani fakultet univerze v Mariboru in dobljene rezultate med seboj tudi primerjali.

Title:
WEBSITE ACCESSIBILITY USING WAI TOOLS AND TECHNIQUES
Abstract:
In diploma we present WAI techniques and tools which are used to provide web site accessibility to a wider range of web users. Web users are different and also have different needs for using web, if we in design large enough of web users needs our web site will be friendlier and more accessible to many users. By using two free tools for evaluating web accessibility, we tested specific criteria of accessibility of three faculties websites of the University of Maribor and the obtained results also compared with each other.
