Title:Analiza organizacije skladiščnega poslovanja v srednje velikem megamarketu

Abstract:V tem diplomskem delu smo se osredotočili na skladiščno poslovanje v izbranem srednje velikem megamarketu. Najprej smo si pogledali nekatere teoretične osnove, kjer smo se osredotočili na naloge, namen in cilje skladiščnega poslovanja, vrste skladišč, notranjo ureditev skladišč. Opredelili smo temeljne skladiščne procese, to so prevzem, uskladiščenje, komisioniranje in odprema blaga, pogledali pa smo si še tehnologijo črtne kode in RFID tehnologijo. Nato smo si pogledali kakšno je trenutno stanje organizacije skladiščnega poslovanja v Podjetju X. Podrobneje smo opisali potek procesa prevzema, uskladiščenja, komisioniranja in odpreme blaga. S pomočjo kritične analize smo ugotovili, da do največjih zastojev v procesu prihaja zaradi zastarele informatike, zato smo podali nekaj predlogov za izboljšanje skladiščnega poslovanja. Predlagali smo uvedbo čitalnikov črtnih kod z vgrajeno tehtnico, samopostrežnih tehtnic, novih POS blagajn in brezžičnih ročnih terminalov.

Title:Analysis of organization of warehouse management in mid-sized hypermarket
Abstract:In this thesis we focus on warehouse management in the selected mid-sized hypermarket. First we review some theoretical basics, where we focus on the tasks, purpose and objectives of warehouse operations, types of warehouses and internal organization of warehouses. We defined the fundamental warehouse processes which are receipt, storage, picking and dispatch of goods. We also take a look at the barcode technology and RFID technology. Then we look at the current status of the organization of warehouse management in the Company X. We describe in detail the course of the process of receipt, storage, picking and dispatch. Through critical analysis, we found that the biggest delays in the process are due to outdated information technology, so we made a few suggestions to improve warehouse management. We have proposed the introduction of bar code readers with built-in scales (scanner scales), self-service scales, new POS cash registers and wireless handheld terminals.
