Abstract:	OPTIMIZACIJA TRANSPORTA V AVTOPREVOZNIŠTVU VIČAR IVAN s. p. V diplomski nalogi Optimizacija transporta v Avtoprevozništvu Vičar Ivan s.p., smo reševal problematiko optimizacije transporta. V teoretičnem delu smopredstavili temeljne pojme, ki so pomembni za lažje razumevanje diplomskega dela. Osredotočili smo se predvsem na stroške, ki nastajajo ob opravljanju osnovne dejavnosti obravnavanega podjetja. Po teoretičnem delu smo vse skupaj preizkusil še v praksi. V diplomskem delu smo izračunali vse stroške in dohodke, ki so se pojavili ob prevozu tovora s tovornim vozilom v mesecu aprilu 2012. Po pregledu stanja smos kritično analizo prišli do ugotovitve, da podjetje deluje z dobičkom. Vendar smovseeno poskusili ugotoviti, ali se še da na kakšen način optimizirati stroške transporta, in tako posledično še povišati dobiček. Rešitve so bile predlagane z različnimi izračuni. Predvsem na področju stroška goriva, saj le-ta pri obravnavanem podjetju predstavlja največji delež med vsemi stroški. Predlagane so bile tudi spremembe v voznem parku, ki bi na začetku predstavljale velik strošek, a bi se le ta na dolgi rok izplačal. Predlagali pa smo tudi izobraževanje voznikov na področju varčne vožnje in spremembe na področju komuniciranja med voznikom in pisarno.

Abstract:	OPTIMIZATION OF TRANSPORT IN THE COMPANY AVTOPREVOZNIŠTVO VIČAR IVAN s.p. In the graduation thesis under the working title: Transport optimization in the company »Avtoprevozništvo Ivan Vičars.p.« we have made the effort to try to solve the issues related to transport optimization. The theoretical part is focused on the presentation and clarifying of basic concepts that are important for the better understanding of this thesis. Our primary focus are the costs that are generated by carrying out the basic activities of the company. Everything that is presented in theory, was also tested practically. In this thesis we calculated all the costs and incomes that were raised by the movement of freight by truck in April 2012. After a critical analysis of the current situation we came to the conclusion that the company operates at a profit. However, we still wanted to try to determine whether there are ways to optimize transportation costs, and increase profits at the same time. Solutions were proposed according to different calculations. The cost of fuel is considered as the largest of all costs of the company (in percentage). We also proposed changes in the vehicle fleet, which would initially be a significant expense, but would pay off eventually. We also proposed the training of drivers in terms of fuel-efficient driving, and changes in communication between drivers and office.
