Abstract:	Tema diplomske naloge je prenova poslovnega procesa v organizaciji. V diplomski nalogi smo se posvetili reševanju težav poslovnega procesa, v katerem sprejemajo zahteve za izdelavo študentskih izkaznic. Študentske izkaznice po preverjanju podatkov posredujejo naprej v proces tiskanja. Tekom analize smo ugotovili, da velik problem predstavlja star računalniški program za preverjanje podatkov, ne ažuriranje podatkov, slaba komunikacija med organizacijami, veliko podvojene dokumentacije ter slaba evidenca podatkov. V diplomski nalogi smo prenovili poslovni proces na oddelku za izdelavo študentskih izkaznic. Opisali smo možne rešitve za izboljšanje poslovnega procesa. Izboljšave poslovnega procesa temeljijo na boljši komunikaciji med oddelki, bolj ažurnih podatkih, krajšem času reševanja zadev, bolj izpopolnjenem računalniškem programu. Rezultat naloge je izboljšan poslovni proces, poslovanje poteka bolj tekoče in hitreje.

Title:	RENOVATION OF THE BUSINESS PROCESSES OF ISSUING STUDENT IDENTIFICATION CARD
Abstract:	The theme of this work is renovation of the business process in the organization. In this thesis we have focused on solving the problems of the business process, which make the construction of student cards. After checking they pass them in the printing process of student cards. A large problem is the old computer program to check the data, updating information, poor communication between organizations, many duplicate documentation, poor record data. In this thesis, we revised the business process at the department for the production of student cards. We described possible solutions to improve the business process. Business process improvements based on better communication between departments, more timely information, less time solving cases, more sophisticated computer program. The result of the task improved business process, business runs smoother and faster.
