Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je predstavljen problem neurejenega skladiščnega poslovanja na oddelku skladišča polizdelkov v podjetju Steklarna Rogaška, d. d. V omenjenem podjetju se srečujejo predvsem s problemom skladiščnega poslovanja. Osredotočili smo se na izdajo polizdelkov iz skladišča polizdelkov v nadaljnjo proizvodnjo. Predstavili smo način izdaje ter vse probleme in omejitve, ki zavirajo optimalno skladiščno poslovanje. Neoptimalno skladiščno poslovanje predstavlja časovno neučinkovitost in možnost poškodbe izdelka. S preučitvijo obstoječega stanja in celotnega problema smo prišli do rešitve, ki bi izboljšala skladiščno poslovanje v skladišču polizdelkov. Prikazane so rešitve s pomočjo uvedbe mikrolokacij na zunanje skladiščne lokacije in ureditvijo prostora za izdajo. Tako bi zmanjšali časovno neučinkovitost ter omogočili lažje delovne pogoje zaposlenim.

Title:
Renovation of storage processes in the company Steklarna Rogaška d.d.
Abstract:
This thesis presents the problem of poorly organised warehousing at the semi-finished products storage facility at the Steklarna Rogaška, d. d. glass factory. The company faces above all a problem of warehousing management. The thesis focuses on the dispatching of semi-finished products from the warehouse for further processing. The modality of dispatch and all the problems and limitations that prevent an optimal management of the warehouse are presented. By studying the existing situation and the whole problem, a solution that can improve the warehousing management at the semi-finished products warehouse is found. Solutions using micro-location to external storage facilities and reorganisation of the dispatch area are presented. These would allow for greater time efficiency and provide better working conditions for the employees.
