Abstract:
Diplomsko delo obravnava zakonodajo na področju učinkovite rabe energije v stavbah in predstavitev energetske izkaznice stavb. Na praktičnem primeru dvostanovanjske stavbe smo predstavili konstrukcijsko sestavo potrebno za energetsko analizo objekta in izračunali energetsko izkaznico s programom URSA. Letno potrebno toploto na enoto površine smo primerjali še s programoma PHPP in ECOTECT, prikazali bistvene razlike med programi in poiskali rešitev, zakaj prihaja do odstopanj v rezultatih.

Title:
ENERGY PROFILE OF BUILDINGS AND CALCULATION OF HEAT LOSS IN EVENT OF TWO DWELLING BUILDINGS
Abstract:
My thesis is about legislation on energy efficiency in buildings and an energy performance certificate of buildings. In the practical case of two dwelling buildings, we presented a structural assembly required for building energy analysis and we calculated building energy performance certificate using URSA. Annual necessary heat per unit area were compared with programs in PHPP and ECOTECT, than we showed significant differences between the programs and we found out a solution to the question - why there are deviations in the results.
