Abstract:
V diplomskem delu smo se osredotočili na poklic računovodje na trgu dela v Sloveniji. Poskušali smo ugotoviti ključne značilnosti poklica računovodje na podlagi virov, v empiričnem razdelku pa smo ključne značilnosti raziskovali na osnovi analize objavljenih prostih delovnih mest ter na osnovi anketne metode na vzorcu zaposlenih računovodij. Ugotovili smo pomembnejše lastnosti oziroma kompetence, ki jih za poklic računovodje zahtevajo oziroma pričakujejo delodajalci, hkrati pa zbrali precej obsežno paleto stališč računovodij o njihovem delu.

ACCOUNTING PROFESSION IN THE LABOR MARKET IN SLOVENIA
Abstract:
In this thesis we focused on the accounting profession in the labour market in Slovenia. We have tried to identify the key features of the accounting profession, based on resources and further in the empirical section, we explored the key features, based on analysis of free advertised jobs and on sample survey methods of employed accountants. We found significant characteristics or competencies, that are required and expected from the employers of the accountants profession, and at the same time gathered quite an extensive range of accounting positions about their work .
