Abstract:
Diplomska naloga obravnava študijo testne vpeljave videokonferenčnega sistema v Zavod za gozdove Slovenije. Proučili smo konferenčne sisteme na daljavo in z analizo primerjave izpostavili specifike e-konferenc in videokonferenc. Pri izbiri optimalnega videokonferenčnega sistema za Zavod za godove Slovenije smo poleg primerne informacijske izbire obdelali finančno analizo klasičnega sestankovanja in prihranke pri uvedbi videokonferenčnega sistema. S testno vpeljavo smo dokazali, da je odločitev z izbiro videokonferenčnega sistema Telekoma Slovenije primerna, saj je v dani situaciji ekonomsko sprejemljiva in ustreza tehnološki opremljenosti organizacijskih enot. Sestankovanje s pomočjo videokonferenčnega sistema je strokovno učinkovitejše, ker znižuje stroške v Zavodu za gozdove Slovenije in prihrani čas zaposlenim.

the financial analysis of the classic meetings as well as the savings when implementing video conferencing system has been processed together with the appropriate information choice. The test implementation has proven that the decision of choosing the Telekom Slovenia’s video conferencing system in the current situation is economically appropriate and suits the technological equipment of the organisational units. The meetings with the help of the video conferencing system are more professionally efficient thus lowering the costs in SFS and saving time for employees.
