Abstract:
Diplomsko delo obravnava idejno zasnovo študentskih bivališč v Strossmayerjevi ulici v Mariboru. V prvem delu so opisana pomembna stališča pri načrtovanju študentskih domov in navedeni že obstoječi domovi na območju Univerze v Mariboru. Nadaljuje z analizami referenčnih primerov iz sveta in Slovenije. V zaključku je predstavljen postopek koncepcije študentskega doma od analize lokacije, do prostorskih, arhitekturnih in funkcionalnih zasnov.

STUDENT HOUSING ON STROSSMAYER STREET
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the conceptual idea student dwellings on Strossmayerjeva Street in Maribor. The first part of the thesis describes important views on the design of a student's residence and lists the existing student homes in the area of the University of Maribor. The thesis then proceeds with the analysis of the reference cases from the world and Slovenia. In conclusion, the process of designing a student’s home is presented, from location analysis, to spatial, architectural and functional concepts.
