Abstract:	Eden izmed načinov rasti dohodka podjetja je uvajanje sodobnega sistema zagotavljanja kakovosti, ki postaja tudi vse bolj pomemben dejavnik za konkurenčno sposobnost podjetja. Omenjeno velja tudi za Premogovnik Velenje. Oprema, ki se uporablja za izdelavo podzemnih prog in pridobivanje premoga, je specifična in zelo draga. Pred njeno uporabo, zlasti to velja za pogonske naprave, se le-ta preizkuša samo v prostem teku. Brez obremenitvenega testa ali preizkusa je zanesljivost delovanja pogonskih naprav vprašljiva. V magistrskem delu smo se osredotočili na pripravo projekta oziroma projektne dokumentacije za postavitev preizkuševališča ter njegovo oblikovanje s pomočjo metod s področja oblikovanja proizvodnih sistemov. Ker na odločitev o postavitvi preizkuševališča vpliva tudi obseg potrebnih sredstev, smo del dela posvetili tudi stroškovni upravičenosti izgradnje preizkuševališča. Magistrsko delo je razdeljeno na dva dela - na del, ki se ukvarja s projektno dokumentacijo in analizo problematike zastojev proizvodnje premoga v podjetju ter del, ki se ukvarja z oblikovanjem preizkuševališča s pomočjo sodobnih metod oblikovanja proizvodnih sistemov. V delu, ki se ukvarja s projektno dokumentacijo, smo prikazali izdelavo projekta od naročila do izvedbe projekta in z diagrami realno prikazali časovno zaporedje dogodkov, ki morajo biti opravljeni za končanje projekta. Pri oblikovanju preizkuševališča smo največjo pozornost posvetili layoutu oziroma razmestitvi delovnih mest in opreme v preizkuševališču. Layout smo pripravili na podlagi raziskave, ki smo jo izvedli pri bodočih uporabnikih preizkuševališča.

Title:	Project of establishing a test rig for equipment in Coal mine Velenje
Abstract:	One of the ways to increase companies income is introduction of a modern system of quality assurance which is becoming important factor for competitive ability of companies. This also applies to the Coal mine Velenje. The equipment used for the construction of underground lines and the extraction of coal is specific and very expensive. The essential problem of the propulsion devices used in coal mine is the lack of being tested under stress. Without the stress tests the use of propulsion device is questionable. In the masters thesis we have focused on the preparation of the project or the project documentation for the layout of the test rig and its creation using the methods in the field of making production systems. Since the decision on the placement of the test rig has another side - investment, we also devote part of the thesis to the eligibility of the construction of the test rig. Master's thesis work is divided into two parts-the part that deals with the project documentation and analysis coal production congestions in the enterprise, and the part that deals with the creation of test rig using modern methods of design production systems. In part, which deals with the project documentation, we show the construction of a project from the beginning, receiving the order and carrying out the project. Diagrams show the sequence of events in real time needed for the completion of the project. In the design of the test rig we have placed the largest focus on layout. We have prepared the layout on the basis of research, which we carried out with the future users of the test rig.
