Abstract:	V diplomskem delu smo se osredotočili na strokovne kompetence vzgojiteljev za področje gibanja in njihovo povezanost z gibalno učinkovitostjo otrok na dvojezičnem in enojezičnem področju Prekmurja. Teoretični del zajema kompetence vzgojiteljev, nekatere značilnosti otrokovega razvoja v predšolskem in zgodnjem šolskem obdobju, gibano učinkovitost otrok, gibalne sposobnosti otrok, dvojezičnost v vrtcih v Prekmurju in nekatere dosedanje raziskave specifičnih kompetenc vzgojiteljev za področje gibanja in nekatere raziskave gibalnih sposobnosti otrok. V empiričnem delu so predstavljeni rezultati raziskave, s pomočjo katerih smo želeli ugotoviti, ali obstaja povezanaost kompetenc z gibalno učinkovitostjo otrok. V raziskavo je bilo zajetih 50 otrok dvojezičnih vrtcev iz vrtca pri DOŠ Dobrovnik, dvojezične enote Prosenjakovci vrtca Moravskih Toplic, dvojezičnega vrtca Lendava in dvojezičnega vrtca Lendava, enote Gaberje in 50 otrok enojezičnih vrtcev pri OŠ Turnišče, Odranci, Bistrica in Črenšovci, v starosti od štiri do šest let. Vzorec vzgojiteljev je predstavljalo deset vzgojiteljev dvojezičnih in deset vzgojiteljev enojezičnih vrtcev, v katerih smo opravljali testiranja otrok s pomočjo Bot2 testne baterije. Ugotovili smo, da med kompetencami vzgojiteljev dvojezičnih in enojezičnih vrtcev ne prihaja do razlik, prav tako ni razlik v gibalni učinkovitosti otrok dvojezičnih in enojezičnih vrtcev. Povezanost kompetenc vzgojiteljev z gibalno učinkovitostjo otrok pa je v obeh primerih nizka.

Title:	INTER-COMPETENCY OF EDUCATORS FOR THE FIELD OF EXERCISEAND EXERCISE EFFICIENCY FOR CHILDREN OF MONOLINGUAL KINDERGARTENS IN PREKMURJE
Abstract:	The diploma thesis focuses on professional competences of childcare workers for the field of locomotion and on the related motor proficiency of children in the bilingual and monolingual region of Prekmurje. The theoretical part encompasses the competences of childcare workers, the characteristics of child development in the pre-school period and early stages of primary school, the motor proficiency of children, the motor skills of children, bilingualism in kindergartens of Prekmurje region, and some of the existing studies of specific competences of childcare workers for the field of locomotion, as well as studies of motor proficiency of children. The empirical part provides the results of the study which were used to determine whether there is a link between competences and the motor proficiency of children. The study included 50 children from bilingual kindergartens, namely the kindergarten Dobrovnik, the bilingual unit Prosenjakovci of the kindergarten Moravske toplice, the bilingual kindergarten Lendava and the bilingual unit Gaberje of the kindergarten Lendava, and 50 children of monolingual kindergartens at Turnišče, Odranci, Bistrica and Črenšovci, all age four to six years. The sample of childcare workers included ten childcare workers from bilingual and ten childcare workers from monolingual kindergartens in which the testing of the children was carried out using the Bot2 test. It was concluded that there are no differences between childcare workers of mono- and bilingual kindergartens, neither are there any differences in motor proficiency of children in mono- and bilingual kindergartens. The link between the competence of childcare workers and the motor proficiency of children is, however, in both instances rather low.
