Title:UVAJANJE KONCEPTA MENEDŽMENTA ZNANJA V ZDRAVSTVENI ZAVOD

Abstract:21. stoletje zaznamuje prehod iz industrijske dobe v informacijsko oziroma dobo znanja. Znanje je postalo tržno blago, kar vpliva na vlogo znanja v ekonomiji in v družbi nasploh. Z znanjem je potrebno pravilno upravljati, kar je naloga menedžmenta znanja. Cilj. V zdravstvenem zavodu smo z analizo strukturne, procesne in kulturne razsežnosti organizacije ter raziskavo med zaposlenimi v zdravstveni negi preverjali hipotezo o začetni fazi razvoja koncepta menedžmenta znanja na področju izobraževanja. Ugotavljali smo tudi, ali so sodelujoči pozitivno naravnani k permanentnemu izobraževanju in k prenosu novo pridobljenih znanj v prakso. Namen. Nadaljnji razvoj procesov menedžmenta znanja, kar prinaša korist tako zdravstvenemu zavodu kot uporabnikom zdravstvenih storitev in zaposlenim na področju zdravstvene nege. Rezultati. Rezultati analize in raziskave kažejo, da je menedžment znanja na področju izobraževanja v zdravstveni negi v začetni fazi razvoja. Sodelujoči imajo pozitiven odnos do permanentnega izobraževanja in nova pridobljena znanja uporabljajo pri vsakodnevnem delu. Zaključek. Podani so predlogi za nadaljnji razvoj procesov menedžmenta znanja, uresničevanje le-teh pa bo verjetno upočasnila neugodna gospodarska situacija.

Title:INTRODUCING KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT IN MEDICAL ORGANIZATION
Abstract:21st century marks the transition of society from the industrial age to the information age, which can be called also age of knowledge. Knowledge became market – exchange good which has important role in our society and today’s economy. Therefore we have to find the right way to manage it, which is the task of knowledge management. Goals. For the purpose of testing the hypothesis, we analyzed the structural, procedural and cultural dimensions of the organization and research among employees in the nurse care in medical organization about the initial phase of development of knowledge management in the field of education. We also observed hypothesis if the employees are positively oriented toward permanent education and toward transferring of newly acquired knowledge into practice. Purpose. Further development of the processes of knowledge management, which can bring many benefits not only to the medical organization but also to the users of medical services and employees in nurse care. Results. The results of the analysis and research show that the knowledge management in the field of education in nurse care is still in the initial stage of development. Participants in the research have a positive attitude towards permanent education and they use newly acquired knowledge in their everyday work. Conclusion. The suggestions are given for further progress of processes in the knowledge management, but realization of these suggestions will be probably slowed down due today’s unfavorable economic situation.
