Abstract:	Edina stalnica v življenju so spremembe. To je dejstvo. Nič ne ostaja enako, le spremembe se vedno dogajajo. V gradbeništvu pa le-te težko zasledimo. Gradbeništvo je namreč tehnična stroka, ki se ukvarja s projektiranjem, statičnimi in dinamičnimi izračuni, izgradnjo, sanacijo in končno porušitvijo grajenih objektov na tradicionalen, standarden način. Kot tradicionalna panoga se težko privaja na spremembe. Z uvedbo metode TOPSIS in modela Stoy v gradbeno industrijo, bi gradbena proizvodnja stanovanjskih objektov lahko bila mnogo bolj uspešna in stroškovno učinkovita. Po zaključku gradnje, bi bili tako cilji gradbenega projekta doseženi ali celo preseženi. Gradbeni projekti so veliki in kompleksni projekti, zato uvedba sodobnih metod za njihovo vodenje in upravljanje lahko traja tudi nekaj let. Magistrsko delo obravnava analizo stroškov in analizo uspeha gradnje stanovanjskih objektov. Osredotoča se predvsem na analiziranje stroškov gradnje stanovanjskih objektov z modelom Stoy in analiziranje uspeha gradnje stanovanjskih objektov z metodo večkriterijskega odločanja, t.i. TOPSIS metodo.

Title:	COST ANALYSIS AND ANALYSIS OF THE SUCCESS OF APARTMENT BUILDINGS CONSTRUCTION
Abstract:	The only constant in life is change. This is a fact. Nothing remains the same, only changes are always happening. In civil engineering it is difficult to trace them. Civil engineering is a technical profession that deals with the designing, static and dynamic calculations, construction, rehabilitation and eventual demolition of built objects in a traditional, standard manner. As a traditional sector it adjusts to the changes with difficulty. With the introduction of TOPSIS method and Stoy model into the construction industry, the construction production of apartment buildings could be much more successful and cost-effective. Upon completion of construction, the targets of the construction project could be achieved or even exceeded. The construction projects are large and complex projects, therefore the introduction of modern methods for their management and administration may also take several years. The master’s thesis deals with the costs analysis and the analysis of the success of apartment building construction. It focuses mainly on the cost analysis of the apartment building construction with the help of Stoy model and on the analysis of the success of apartment building construction with the method of multicriteria decision making, so-called TOPSIS method.
