Palestincem v Gazi so kršene temeljne človekove pravice.

Abstract:Since its formation, Israel has been one of the main players responsible for the events that took place in the Middle East. Due to the tragic events of the 2nd world war, the international community decided that Jews needed their own state. The formation of the Israeli state sparked a new conflict in the Middle East, the conflict between Israelis and Palestinians. A struggle began for a piece of land named Palestine by some and Israel by others, the land in question is equally claimed by both sides. Even though efforts are being made by the international community to maintain peace, an end to the long-lasting conflict seems unlikely. The Palestinians are being denied their basic human rights. It's a tactic of exhausting Palestine's population that has also been confirmed at the first Sionist congress. Israeli strategy can be recognised by the international community as an act of state terrorism. Israeli and Iranian relations are also worrisome due to the Iranian nuclear program. Iran began developing its nuclear program during the reign of Shah Pahlavi and has also signed and ratified the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. With the fall of Shah Pahlavi and the formation of the Iranian republic the Iranian nuclear program has become yet one more problem of the Middle East. Israel has, through Mossad, conducted special operations in Iran in order to cripple the Iranian nuclear program by means of assassinating Iranian nuclear scientists.
