Title:Optimization of the existing transport to China
Abstract:Transport today is already a great battle with finances and time, each company is constantly looking for new solutions for the optimization of it. Optimization of transport can refer to the company itself, or it can be more global, for this type of change is obviously required a lot more time then it would be necessery for companies internal optimization, since this type of optimization would pull together the interests of almost all countries of the world. In this thesis we have tried to optimize the transport to China, where we are looking at the transport process itself and all the functions required for successful completion of trasnport estimated that there is plenty of room in the process for possible adjustments relating to our organization and to the law of Chinese import. Our propositions for solutions relate to better organization and division of labor in the company, with these proposals, the company will in future operate better and with different organization reduce the performance of certain tasks. Proposals of optimization also apply to China itself and on the reduction of import taxes, which are valid for spirits and the introduction of representatives of imports in Slovenia because this offer is much more optimal than has been our choice of transportation.
Keywords:Keywords: transport optimization, import, organization fees.
