Abstract:
Pravica do varstva osebnih podatkov je pomemben del na področju zdravstva. Člani negovalnega tima vsakodnevno obdelujejo in zbirajo podatke o pacientu. Poznavanje pravic in dolžnosti varstva osebnih podatkov pacienta zaščiti pred razkritjem in napačnim obdelovanjem podatkov. Gre za graditev splošnega zaupanja pacientov in nenazadnje kot kakovost storitve. Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti Zakon o varstvu osebnih podatkov, kjer se zakonodaja nanaša na področje zdravstvene nege.

Ensuring the Protection of Personal Data in Health Organization
Abstract:
The personal data protection is an important part of the health care system. Nursing and technical staff process and collect the patient's data on a daily basis. Knowing the rights and duties of the personal data protection ensures that the patient's data is safe from disclosure and misuse. We talk about building the patients' overall trust and, last but not least, we talk about the service quality. The intention of the thesis is to present the Data Protection Act where the legislation refers to the healt care. With this research we want to identify how well the nursing and the medical staff are familiar with the Slovene legislation related to the privacy policy.
