Abstract:
Podjetje računovodski servis in svetovanje Helena Težak Kuri s.p. je majhno podjetje. Glavna dejavnost podjetja je vodenje računovodskih storitev za samostojne podjetnike, družbe z omejeno odgovornostjo in društva. Omenjeno podjetje v diplomskem delu predstavimo na ravni politike podjetja in strateškega managementa. Ugotovimo, da se podjetje mora tudi v prihodnje razvijati in prilagajati okolju v katerem deluje. Največja prednost obravnavanega podjetja pred konkurenco temelji na osebnem pristopu udeležencev podjetja do strank in visoki kakovosti računovodskih storitev. V prihodnosti želi podjetje odpreti novo poslovalnico na Ptuju, povečati število strank in dolgoročno zvišati dobiček podjetja.

Abstract:
The company” Računovodski servis in svetovanje Helena Težak Kuri s.p.” is a small company. The main activities of the company are accounting for the companies with sole ownership, companies with limited liabilities and societies. In the thesis the company is presented in the context of company’s policy and its strategic management. The finding is that the company needs to develop and adjust to its environmental circumstances. The main competitive advantage of the company is reflected throughout the personal commitment of the employees in relation to the customer and the quality of its accounting service. The aim of the company is to open an additional office in Ptuj, increase the number of clients and increase profits on the long-term basis.
