Abstract:
V konkretnem diplomskem delu smo se osredotočili na proces in potek dela v mehanskem laboratoriju. V teoretičnem delu smo za lažje nadaljnje razumevanje natančno opredelili teoretične osnove s področja logistične organizacije, proizvodni proces in logistično tehnologijo. V praktičnem delu smo nazorno opisali obstoječe stanje v mehanskem laboratoriju. Za boljše razumevanje smo mehanski laboratorij razčlenili na več delovnih procesov. Na podlagi tega smo izdelali kritično analizo in določili morebitne vzroke za izgubo delovnega časa med izvajanjem proizvodnega procesa. Praktični del diplomskega dela smo zaključili s predstavitvijo možnih rešitev za skrajšanje delovnega procesa. Predstavili smo problematiko in vzroke za izgubo delovnega časa. V zadnjem poglavju smo predstavili realne možnosti in pozitivne učinke za izvedbo projekta, finančne stroške ter možnosti za nadaljnji razvoj.

Renovation and improvement of the working process in the mechanical laboratory in the company Impol R in R d.o.o.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis focuses on the work and work process in a mechanical laboratory. In the theoretical part we precisely define theoretical concepts from the fields of logistic organization, the production process and logistic technology. We clearly describe the existing conditions in a mechanical laboratory. For better understanding we divide the mechanical laboratory in several work processes. On this basis we made a critical analysis and define the eventual causes for working-time loss during the production process. The practical part of this diploma thesis are completed to the presentation of possible solutions for the shortening of the work process. We present the problems and causes for working time losses. In the last chapter we present the real options and the positive effects for the realisation of this project, the financial costs and possiblities for further development.
