Zanima nas, s kakšnimi občutji prihajajo in odhajajo pacienti, koliko so informirani, kaj jih moti in kaj pogrešajo. Zanimali so nas medosebni odnosi na ravni medicinska sestra in pacient. Raziskovalna metodologija.

The following methods were used: a descriptive research method, a comparative method, and an analysis and a synthesis method. Research was focused on two samples: a nurse sample (33) and a patient sample (101). Quantitative data collection with closed-ended questions and Likert-type scale questionnaire, and qualitative data collection with open-ended questions questionnaire were used. Descriptive statistics was used to summarize quantitative data. Results. According to our research, highiest patient ratings got nurses' kindness (31), help (average value 4.75), and trust (average value 4.66). 62 respondents (68.1 %) said that nurse came within three minutes after she was called. Patients mostly talk about their health condition, pains (59 respondents), wellbeing (6 respondents).
