Abstract:E-commerce refers to shopping online. Lately the number of online stores has increased. There are online stores which only exist on the Internet and those which also operate as traditional stores. Small online stores with high-quality websites can easily compete with large, well established traders. Online bookstores also don't require large amount of capital and inventory, which is an important advantage. But there is also a downside when it comes to online shopping. Previously mentioned advantages can also be used by their competition. And in addition, customers have a lot of power in deciding where to shop and they can easily browse Internet for best offers and prices. It is therefore very important to take advantage of all the benefits Internet can offer and create a good website to attract more customers.
