Diplomsko delo v uvodnem delu zajema predstavitev problematike in metodologijo dela. V teoretičnem delu smo izhajali iz literature in povzeli nekaj ključnih dejavnikov organizacijske klime in zadovoljstva zaposlenih. V empiričnem delu smo opravili raziskavo v Vrtcu Antona Medveda Kamnik. Raziskovali smo s pisnim anketiranjem, podatke smo analizirali s programom Microsoft Excel in statističnim programom SPSS 20.

Abstract:Every organization should be aware of its largest wealth- human capital. Employees create organization and every individual who is comfortable in his workplace is more succesful. In order to make the organization more succesful in their work, it is essential to take good care of employees and strive for good, better organizational climate, whitch also means better employee satisfaction. The thesis in the introductory part of the article presents the problem and working methodology. In the theoretical part, we derived from the literature and summarize some of the key factors that affect organizational climate and employee satisfaction. In empirical work, we conducted a study in kinderten Antona Medveda Kamnik. Nursery school is a public institution, which employs more women than man, so we focused on female proffessional staff. We wanted to know what is organizational climate and emloyee satisfaction like, and also the impact they have on each other. We were also interested whether the employee satisfaction varies according to age and the position they occupy in the organizational structure of the institute. Data were analyzed using Microsoft Excell and SPSS statistical program. We found that the organizational climate in Kindergarten Antona Medveda Kamnik is good and also that it effects employee satisfaction (the better the climate, the better the satisfaction). The results also showed that teachers are much more satisfied than assistant teachers. Depending on age (we assumed, that employees younger than 30 were more satisfied than employees older than 30 years) we did not found any differences in satisfaction with their workplace.
