Abstract:
Magistrsko delo prikazuje potek gradbenega projekta po fazah in vlogo vodje projekta v vseh fazah procesa gradbenega projekta. Obravnava in opisuje naloge, ki jih vodja projekta opravlja in v kateri fazi procesa graditve gradbenega objekta opravlja določene funkcije. Prikazuje kako z vodenjem in upravljanjem gradbenega projekta skrbi za nemoten potek vseh potrebnih dejavnosti in kako med seboj povezuje vse sodelujoče v vseh fazah gradbenega projekta.

THE ROLE OF A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER IN PHASES OF A CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
Abstract:
The master's thesis presents the progress of a construction project by phases and the role of a project manager in all phases of a construction project process. It addresses and describes the tasks that the project manager performs and which particular functions he performs in certain phases of a construction process. It presents how he ensures good functioning of all necessary activities by managing and administrating the construction project and how he interconnects all participants in all phases of a construction project.
