Abstract:V letih 2009 in 2011 smo v podjetju Radgonske gorice d.d, pri sortah 'Renski rizling', 'Modri pinot' in 'Zweigelt', proučevali vpliv nadmorske višine (spodnja in zgornja stran vinograda) na razvojne faze in kemijski sestav grozdnega soka.

Title:Impact of altitude on the development stages of vine and the chemical composition of grape juice
Abstract:In 2009 and 2011, in the Radgonske gorice company we studied the impact of two altitudes (i.e. of the upper and lower side of the vineyard) on the development stages of grapevine and the chemical composition of grape juice 'Riesling', 'Pinot noir' and 'Zweigelt'. On 26 August 2011 the temperature of grapes and leaves of 'Riesling', and the air temperature were measured. The highest air temperature difference between the lower and the upper side of the vineyard was at 18:00 when the temperature reached 34.2 °C and was by 1.8 °C higher on the upper side. The mass of 100 berries was different only by grape 'Pinot Noir', where it was higher in the lower part of the vineyard. The content of collective titration acids was higher in the lower of the vineyard, while the sugar content was higher in the upper part of the vineyard. The highest pH value was by grape 'Pinot Noir' (3,2). The dynamics of the development of phenological phases was more rapid and occurred earlier in all three grapevine varieties on the upper side of the vineyard.
