Abstract:
V diplomskem delu smo predstavili nadzorne sisteme SCADA, spletne storitve in integracijo aplikacij. Osredotočili smo se na zahteve livarne po informatizaciji proizvodnega procesa. Predstavili smo njihovo sistemsko strukturo in implementacijo rešitve sistema za spremljanje in obdelavo tehnoloških ter procesnih parametrov. S pomočjo spletnih storitev smo izvedli integracijo aplikacij, uporabniški aplikaciji za pregled pa omogočili prenosljivost na katerikoli računalnik znotraj omrežja. Z izdelano programsko opremo smo tehnologom livarne omogočili enostaven pregled parametrov livarniških procesov in omogočili boljši nadzor celotne proizvodnje.

Title:
A SOFTWARE SYSTEM FOR TECHNOLOGICAL AND PROCESS DATA MONITORING IN A CAST HOUSE
Abstract:
The present thesis introduces SCADA control systems, web services and application integration. The focus was on the requirement of the cast house concerning the informatisation of the production process. We presented their system structure and the implementation of the solution for the monitoring and treatment of technological and process parameters. We executed the application integration and enabled the transfer of the overview user application to any computer inside the network with the help of web services. The technological personnel in the cast house were enabled to have a simple overview of the parameters of the cast processes and they were offered a better control over the complete production with the designed software.
