Title:PROMETNE NESREČE V SLOVENIJI

Abstract:V nalogi uvodoma definiramo temeljne pojme diplomske naloge in opisujemo in podajamo stališča o vzrokih prometnih nesreč, voznikih in njihovi kulturi. Nadalje opisujemo, kaj je prometna nesreča, kako jo obravnavamo, katere kategorije je in sankcije prekrškarjev. Sledi opis dolžnosti voznikov v cestnem prometu ter pristojnosti policistov ob ugotovljenih prekrških. Poročilo MNZ zajema tri posavske občine: Brežice, Krško in Sevnico, za leto 2010 s primerjalnimi podatki za leto 2009. Iz pridobljenih podatkov za Posavje je razvidno, da se je število prometnih nesreč v letu 2010 povečalo, tudi število nesreč s smrtnim izidom ter hudo telesno poškodbo. Vzrok hudih prometnih nesreč je predvsem neprilagojena hitrost in neredko tudi velika stopnja alkoholiziranosti, nepravilna in napačna smer vožnje, neizkušenost voznikov. V statistiki prometnih nesreč prikazujemo posledice in ukrepe policije za območje Slovenije v letu 2010 in še posebej za obdobje januar–november 2010. Iz statistike je razvidno, da so policisti v tem obdobju v primerjavi z letom 2009 obravnavali več samo nesreč z materialno škodo, medtem ko je bilo nesreč s smrtnim izidom in telesnimi poškodbami manj. Na koncu je podrobneje prikazana kaznovalna politika za storilce prekrškov.

Title:ROAD ACCIDENTS IN SLOVENIA
Abstract:In this work we first present the basic concepts of graduation thesis, which uses the already written literature that describes and gives opinions on the causes of traffic accidents, drivers and their culture. A description of what is a traffic accident, how we deal with, categories and sanctions. Responsibility of drivers in traffic and traffic police jurisdiction at the identified violations. The report of Ministry of the Interior covers three municipality in Posavje region, Brežice, Krško and Sevnica, for the year 2010 with comparative data for the year 2009. From the data obtained for Posavje shows that the number of traffic accidents in the year 2010 increased, also those of fatal accidents and serious bodily injury. Cause of serious accidents is particularly excessive speed and not infrequently also a high degree of alcohol, irregular and incorrect direction of driving, driver inexperience. In the road accident statistics we are showing the consequences of these and the measures of Police for the area of Slovenia in the year 2010, and extra for the period January - November 2010. The statistics show that the police in this period compared to 2009, dealt with more of accidents involving only property damage, while the fatal accidents and personal injuries less. At the end is detailed shown the criminal justice policy for the offenders.
